Rancier Avenue Improvements Project

The Rancier Avenue Improvements Project is located in the City of Killeen, Bell County, Texas. The project would extend for a total of 2.50 miles along Rancier Avenue from Fort Hood Street to 38 th Street. The proposed improvements include construction of medians, turn lanes, and reduced through lanes. Bike lanes, on-street parking, and continuous sidewalks are also proposed along the length of Rancier Avenue. Landscaping is proposed to be completed along Rancier Avenue and within planned medians.

The in person public meeting is being held on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The comment period for the project will end on Friday, April 5, 2024.

This website was created as a means to keep interested parties aware of the progress of the project and provide public meeting materials to those unable to attend the in-person open house.
